The newly released Sparkling Cuvée Brut is a blend our estate Riesling, Viognier, and Grüner Veltliner combining richness with finesse, pear and a slight kiwi sweetness on the nose. The high acidity from the Riesling, along with the rich creamy taste from the Viognier, and the Lemon, Lime, and Grapefruit flavors from the Grüner Veltliner explodes in your mouth like pop rocks.
