Our popular Cuvée white wine blend is a full-bodied dry blend with aromatics of white blossoms, citrus and peach. Subtle oak creates a creamy mouthfeel and a complex food friendly wine. A blend of 40% Riesling, 29% Viogner and 31% Grüner Veltliner. Estate grown grapes from the Riverview and Fox Hollow blocks.
 
Food pairing suggestions: Garlic-parmesan halibut, grilled chicken with lime, lean pork roast; Thai, Japanese or Indian cuisine; light pasta dishes with seafood, and grilled white fish.
